Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions explain how our services work, what is included, and what both parties can expect during a project with WSS Web.
1. Introduction
By purchasing a service, submitting a project request, or working with WSS Web, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Our goal is to keep every project clear, fair, and professional for both parties.
2. Services Provided
WSS Web provides digital services including website design, website development, ecommerce websites, branding, logo design, SEO, social media marketing, hosting, domain setup, and related support services.
The exact service, package, price, timeline, and deliverables will be confirmed before the project begins.
3. Project Requirements
The client is responsible for providing all required information, content, images, logos, product details, business details, access credentials, and any other material needed to complete the project.
Delays in providing content or feedback may delay the project delivery timeline.
4. Payments
A deposit or upfront payment may be required before work begins. The remaining balance must be paid before the website, final files, or completed work is delivered or published.
- Payment terms will be confirmed before the project starts.
- Work begins only after the required initial payment has been received.
- Final delivery, launch, or file handover may be paused until the balance is fully paid.
5. Pricing & Additional Work
Package prices include only the features and services listed in the agreed package. Any extra pages, features, products, integrations, revisions, copywriting, design changes, or additional work may be quoted separately.
We will always confirm any extra cost before carrying out additional work.
6. Revisions
Each project includes a reasonable revision stage before final delivery or launch. Revisions are intended for small adjustments to the agreed design, content, or layout.
Major changes, new design directions, new pages, new features, or changes outside the original scope may be charged separately.
7. Project Timelines
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on project size, complexity, client feedback, content delivery, and third-party services.
We always aim to complete projects as quickly as possible, but we cannot be responsible for delays caused by missing content, delayed feedback, third-party platforms, hosting providers, payment providers, or technical issues outside our control.
8. Client Approval
Before launch or final delivery, the client will have the opportunity to review the work. Once the client approves the project, any further changes may be treated as additional work.
9. Website Ownership
Once the project is fully paid, the final website design and completed work belong to the client, unless otherwise agreed.
Third-party tools, plugins, themes, fonts, stock images, software licences, hosting services, and external platforms remain subject to their own licence terms.
10. Content & Copyright
The client must ensure they have the right to use any text, images, videos, logos, trademarks, product information, or other materials provided to us.
WSS Web is not responsible for copyright issues, legal claims, or disputes caused by client-provided content.
11. Ecommerce Websites
Ecommerce packages include the setup agreed in the package details. Product uploads may be limited to the number stated in the package. Additional products can be uploaded by the client or added by us as an extra service.
Payment gateways, shipping rules, taxes, product information, and legal ecommerce policies are the responsibility of the client unless agreed otherwise.
12. SEO Services
SEO services are designed to improve website visibility, structure, content, and search engine performance. However, we cannot guarantee specific rankings, traffic, sales, or results, as search engines and market competition are outside our control.
13. Hosting, Domains & Email
If hosting, domain registration, or email setup is provided, these services may depend on third-party providers. Renewal fees, domain ownership, hosting access, and email usage will be confirmed based on the selected service.
The client is responsible for renewing any domain, hosting, email, plugin, or third-party service unless a maintenance or management plan is active.
14. Support & Maintenance
Support may be included depending on the selected package. Included support covers basic technical guidance, small fixes, and minor assistance related to the delivered service.
Support does not include major redesigns, new features, new pages, large content updates, third-party platform issues, or work outside the original project scope unless agreed separately.
15. Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to provide accurate information, timely feedback, required access, and any materials needed to complete the project.
The client is also responsible for reviewing the work carefully before approval and ensuring that all business, legal, privacy, tax, ecommerce, and compliance information is correct.
16. Cancellations & Refunds
Due to the digital and custom nature of our work, payments may be non-refundable once work has started.
If a project is cancelled by the client after work has begun, any completed work, time spent, planning, design, development, or setup may be charged and deducted from any amount paid.
17. Third-Party Tools & Services
Some projects may require third-party tools such as plugins, payment gateways, booking systems, CRMs, analytics tools, fonts, stock images, hosting, or email providers.
WSS Web is not responsible for third-party downtime, price changes, service interruptions, policy changes, or technical issues caused by external providers.
18. Portfolio Use
Unless requested otherwise in writing, WSS Web may display completed work in our portfolio, website, social media, or marketing materials as an example of our services.
19. Limitation of Liability
WSS Web will not be liable for indirect losses, loss of revenue, loss of profit, loss of data, business interruption, or issues caused by third-party services, client changes, or misuse of the website.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.
20. Changes to These Terms
WSS Web may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The latest version published on our website will apply to future services and projects.
